bpexvh Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the bpexvh website located at bpexvh.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bpexvh ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the bpexvh Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To register and use the bpexvh Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bpexvh strictly prohibits access by minors. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of local laws that may set a lower threshold.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents acting on behalf of others may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bpexvh is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bpexvh, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from bpexvh or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access bpexvh's betting and gaming services, you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active account on bpexvh. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bpexvh will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: bpexvh reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your valid CNIC or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bpexvh support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal procedures. Withdrawal of remaining balance is subject to standard verification requirements.

All financial transactions on bpexvh are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and USDT, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• bpexvh does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• bpexvh does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bpexvh accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested on unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending verification.
• bpexvh reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bpexvh targets processing within one to five business days from approval, though delays may occur due to third-party banking procedures, particularly with HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

bpexvh offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may specify minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement will be specified per promotion.
• bpexvh reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• bpexvh monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and coordinated wagering patterns. Detection of such behaviour will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bpexvh, including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published in the bpexvh sportsbook help section.
• bpexvh reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes on any event or market at its sole discretion.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error by bpexvh, we reserve the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds, with the stake returned to the player's account.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live events are subject to a brief delay. bpexvh accepts no responsibility for connection issues on the player's side that prevent timely placement of in-play bets.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond twenty-four hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• PSL and International Cricket: For PSL matches and international cricket fixtures, specific rain rule and DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method policies apply and are detailed in the cricket betting rules section.

The bpexvh Casino, Slot, and Super Bingo sections are subject to the following terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game:

• All casino games, including live dealer games and RNG (random number generator) slots, are independently certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from regulated studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round outcome will be determined based on the game state at the point of disconnection according to the studio provider's technical rules.
• Super Bingo: Super Bingo draws operate according to specific game rules published in the Super Bingo section. PKR prize pools are distributed according to the prize table in effect at the time of each draw. bpexvh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Super Bingo draw in the event of technical issues, with all tickets refunded.
• bpexvh is not liable for losses arising from a player's decision to continue playing despite being aware of a potential technical issue.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpexvh Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction connected to the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered by bpexvh.
• Systematic arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit price discrepancies between bpexvh and other bookmakers.
• Engaging in any conduct that bpexvh, in its reasonable judgment, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

bpexvh is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: bpexvh strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Age verification is conducted via KYC documentation and is a condition of account activation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout timers from the account settings.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of bpexvh.
• The bpexvh name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of bpexvh. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexvh, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond bpexvh's reasonable control.

In no event shall bpexvh's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bpexvh account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bpexvh's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bpexvh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• bpexvh does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required under applicable gaming license obligations, which may extend beyond the closure of your account.

bpexvh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email or in-account notification.

Your continued use of the bpexvh Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpexvh holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, players are encouraged to contact bpexvh customer support to seek an informal resolution. bpexvh commits to responding to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
